The traditional, crescent-shaped Naja pendant has been borrowed from the Moorish culture.  Like a horseshoe, it symbolizes good luck. It is always found at the bottom of the classic squash blossom necklace. A Navajo artisan made this large Naja pendant by carving the design in sandstone and pouring molten sterling silver into the mold.  A beautiful bezel set turquoise stone swings freely adding color and design. The large hook on the back fits beads, heavy chains or leather cords to create your own look. The sterling silver has been oxidized to give it a vintage look. Add this iconic piece of Native American jewelry to your collection. Handmade in New Mexico.
