Oval White Buffalo Turquoise Ring (Size 8)

This unique ring was handmade by a Navajo artist.  The stone is polished and set in a smooth setting. Surrounding the stone is hand cut sterling silver in a traditional Navajo design.  The thick split band is very comfortable to wear.  Elongated oval shapes like this ring make fingers appear long and slender. This ring is beautiful in every way and you'll be very proud to add it to your ring collection. It has been very lightly oxidized to show detail and polished to a beautiful luster.

White Buffalo Stone, commonly called White Buffalo Turquoise, is from a single mine near Tonopah, Nevada. It is known for its distinct beauty and purity. While similar to turquoise in its structure and formation, its stunning white and black color is due to the lack of heavy metals like copper, iron, and zinc, which are responsible for the characteristic blues, greens, and yellows found in turquoise. With only a single mine in existence, the value continues to increase as the resources are depleted.
