Johnathan Nez is an award winning Navajo artist and this gorgeous contemporary bracelet is a perfect example of Native American jewelry at it’s finest. Johnathan comes from a large family of gifted Navajo silversmiths and his pieces are exquisitely done, finely finished, and elegant. His bracelets are known to be made of heavy-guage sterling silver with deep set stampwork. Johnathan uses both traditional stampwork and also a combination of horizontal or vertical lines in his pieces.
He uses oxidized silver as a perfect backdrop for 18 individual, graduated, polished handmade silver balls placed within graceful lines of silver creating a stylish and refined mirrored effect. This bracelet is hallmarked “Johnathan Nez” and stamped “Nez Navajo Sterling”.
