John King Freeform White Buffalo Ring (Size 8)
Sorry, currently out of stock
Navajo artist, John King, created this beautiful hand-cut and polished White Buffalo stone set with a smooth bezel, and accented with a rope twist of sterling silver. The split shank band makes this ring comfortable. This ring is beautiful in every way and you'll be very proud to add it to your ring collection. It has been very lightly oxidized to show detail and polished to a beautiful luster.
White Buffalo Stone, commonly called White Buffalo Turquoise, is from a single mine near Tonopah, Nevada. It is known for its distinct beauty and purity. While similar to turquoise in its structure and formation, its stunning white and black color is due to the lack of heavy metals like copper, iron and zinc, which are responsible for the characteristic blues, greens and yellows found in turquoise. With only a single mine in existence the value continues to increase as the resources are depleted.
