Sterling Silver Teardrop Larimar Earrings

These beautiful Larimar stones are set in a clean sterling silver bezel with soft blue  and white colors, like the waters in the Caribbean Sea. Larimar is a rare stone mined only in the Dominican Republic where it was thought to be from the Lost City of Atlantis. It actually comes from a volcanic deposit on the island. The discoverer of this stone named it for his daughter, Larissa, and mar meaning sea in Spanish.  The Caribbean Sea brought to a modern elegant tear drop shape earring, perfect for all occasions.
