Mary Ann Spencer Dry Creek White Turquoise Sterling Silver Pendant

Mary Ann Spencer created this exquisite large oxidized silver and Dry Creek Turquoise pendant.  White Turquoise was discovered in the Dry Creek Mine on the Shoshone Indian Reservation near Battle Mountain, Nevada in 1993. This unusual turquoise is extremely rare and in very short supply since the mine is now closed. A beautiful chocolate matrix runs through this wonderful light turquoise pendant. Set in sterling silver with a rope twist around the bezel set stone and a stamped scalloped frame makes this a truly unique example of Navajo artistry.
